About Our Ambassador

MY NAME IS ASHLEY

The exploration into healthy food started young, when I realised practically everyone in my family was sick; heart attacks, diabetes, arthritis, the list goes on… I knew something was up. The more I paid attention to my food, the better I felt about myself, and the more I saw it reflected back in the world around me.

I began my journey into the world of yoga and alternative medicines in my early 20’s and haven’t looked back since. I truly believe that food is medicine. It’s something I’m passionate about, and brings me great joy to share this love of food with all of you.
